Why didn't I receive a confirmation email after the payment?

A confirmation email is sent to the address used to finalize your purchase a few minutes after the order is placed.

If you haven’t received a confirmation email, please check your spam/junk folder as in some cases it could end up there.

If you are unable to locate the email on your spam/junk folder, use the form on this page to reach out to us and we will be happy to confirm that for you.

Why haven't I received a reply from Little beauty Stuff after using the contact form on this page?

Great customer service is our goal and we reply to every single message as soon as possible but sometimes our emails are mistakenly sent to your spam/junk folders.

Please open your spam or junk folders and if you find an email from contact@littlebeautystuff.com open it and mark it as “Not spam”.

To ensure that you continue getting our emails, please add our email above to your contact list.

Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept the following payment methods: VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Paypal.

Note that you don’t need a PayPal account to checkout and pay with PayPal.

PayPal also accepts all major credit and debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express.

Can I return an item if I am not happy with it?

We are confident you will love our products as much as we love making them.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the items within 14 days of receipt for a refund or a store credit.

If you have received an incorrect item in your order please contact us at contact@littlebeautystuff.com so we can get a replacement package out to you as soon as possible!
